2) in case of prolongation for less than 10 nights each night is payed according to open price list;
3) in case of prolongation for 10 nights and more and 100% prepayment 35% discount is given;
4) offer is not available for group reservations and reservations by companies;
5) discounts don't sum up;
6) conditions of refunding:
in case of check out earlier than 10 days written in this offer – all days of staying (since the first one) are recounted according to open price, the difference is refunded;
in case of check out later than 10 days written in this offer – only unused days of staying are recounted according to open price, the difference is refunded;
Dear guests, resort fee is effected as of the 1st of April in St. Petersburg. It is paid during check-in and is not included in the cost of accommodation (100 rub per person per day).
